Bloom & Co.
These terms explain the agreement between you and Bloom & Co. in Brisbane ("we", "us") when you book a service through our storefront.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't book — and contact us at hello@bloom-co.demo if anything is unclear.
A booking is accepted when we show or send confirmation. If the booking is marked as a request requiring approval, it is not accepted until we confirm that approval. If you expect an email but do not receive one, check your spam folder or contact us.
Please arrive on time. If you're running late, please let us know so we can accommodate where possible. Significant lateness may shorten your service or require rescheduling at our discretion.
Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount is shown to you before you confirm. Deposits are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
The remaining balance is paid in person at your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and rescheduling windows are shown to you when you book. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit your deposit, in line with the policy displayed at booking.
Any cancellation or no-show charge is intended to reflect our reasonable costs and losses arising from the reserved appointment and will not apply where prohibited by law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule outside the online window, contact us as early as possible at hello@bloom-co.demo and we'll do our best to help.
We aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving abusively, threateningly, or in a way that compromises the safety of other clients or our team.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you booked. Any lawful limitation is subject to the nature of the service, the loss suffered and any remedy that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.
These terms are governed by the law applying where we provide the booked service. Courts with jurisdiction in that place have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and nothing in this section limits a right to bring a claim in another court where consumer law permits it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be at /terms on our storefront. The "last updated" date below shows when they were last revised.
