Cancellation
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. This helps us offer the time to another client and keep the team schedule running smoothly.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your booking, please contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance. The self-serve rescheduling option is not available for this venue, so our team will need to help with any changes.
Deposit and refund
For bookings over $100, a 25% deposit is taken upfront with a $0.25 card protection amount. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, the deposit is forfeited.
