About these terms

These terms explain the agreement between you and Toggle Test Salon ("we", "us") when you book a service through our storefront.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't book — and contact us at e2e@test.com if anything is unclear.

Bookings

When you book online, you'll receive an email confirmation. The booking is only confirmed once you receive that email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Please arrive on time. If you're running late, please let us know so we can accommodate where possible. Significant lateness may shorten your service or require rescheduling at our discretion.

Deposits and payments

Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount is shown to you before you confirm. Deposits are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

The remaining balance is paid in person at your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation and rescheduling windows are shown to you when you book. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit your deposit, in line with the policy displayed at booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule outside the online window, contact us as early as possible at e2e@test.com and we'll do our best to help.

Conduct

We aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving abusively, threateningly, or in a way that compromises the safety of other clients or our team.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be at /terms on our storefront. The "last updated" date below shows when they were last revised.
