Cancellation
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full appointment fee, as this time has been reserved for you. As no deposits are taken, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us arrange our appointments fairly for all clients.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment at Studio Heli - Hair By Hayley, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-show
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let Hayley know as soon as possible. If you choose to no show your appointment you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. This will need to be paid prior to rebooking, If there is no one in the chair to service there is no income. Thankyou for your understanding.
