OpenChair Cookie Policy
Version: 2.0.0
Effective date: when this version is published at OpenChair's Cookie Policy URL
1. Scope
This policy describes cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies used on OpenChair-controlled websites, applications and venue storefronts.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary: authentication, security, load balancing, session continuity and user-requested functions.
- Preferences: language, appearance, navigation and saved interface choices.
- Analytics: measurement of product and website use.
- Advertising or attribution: campaign measurement or advertising-platform functions where enabled.
A technology's category is determined by its actual configured purpose, not its provider name.
3. Choices
Available controls may include the OpenChair consent control, browser or device settings, venue-specific storefront choices and provider opt-outs. Withdrawing an optional choice does not affect processing already completed, and strictly necessary technologies may remain required for the requested service.
4. Venue storefronts
A venue may configure its own domain, analytics or advertising identifiers. The storefront must identify venue-controlled technologies separately from OpenChair's platform technologies and must not load configured non-essential tracking before the implemented consent condition is met.
5. Technology inventory
The exact names and duration of authentication cookies can change as security tokens rotate. The following inventory describes the material technologies used by the current platform configuration.
| Technology | Provider | Category | Purpose | Typical duration or condition |

Mobile applications may use secure device storage, identifiers, push-notification tokens and SDK storage rather than browser cookies. Their use follows the same purpose and consent classification described in this policy and the Privacy Policy.
