When you're ready for more, Pro starts from A$34.95 / NZ$24.95 / £19.95 per active venue, includes the first bookable team member at that venue, then adds A$20 / NZ$20 / £10 per additional bookable team member. Each venue is capped at A$199 / NZ$199 / £99. Non-bookable owners, managers, front desk, and admin users are free. Every new signup gets a 14-day Pro trial with full feature access so you can see the difference before you commit.

OpenChair Pro is capped per-venue pricing in every region. Australia: A$34.95 per active venue plus A$20 per additional bookable team member, capped at A$199 per venue. New Zealand: NZ$24.95 per active venue plus NZ$20 per additional bookable team member, capped at NZ$199 per venue. United Kingdom: £19.95 per active venue plus £10 per additional bookable team member, capped at £99 per venue. Non-bookable access users are free, and shared bookable staff are billed once across a multi-site account. Card processing is 1.8% + 30c. No marketplace commission. SMS, email, and Sparks (AI credits) are included up to clear bookable-team caps. Annual billing pays for 10 months and you get 12.

Yes. Calendar Closures includes one-tap import of AU, NZ, and UK national public holidays. State-specific holidays you add manually. Closures cascade through your bookings with options to cancel and notify clients, reassign to a qualified team member, or keep on the calendar with a flag. Holiday surcharges can be applied per service if your venue charges them.

Yes. OpenChair runs on web, iPhone, and Android with the same data underneath. Staff use the mobile apps to manage their day, take payments with Stripe Tap to Pay on iPhone, run the walk-in queue, capture client photos, and reply from the AI Inbox. Owners use mobile for Intelligence reports and approvals while away from the venue. The web app handles deeper admin: storefront branding, Reconnect campaigns, commission setup, and reporting. Sign-in is shared, so a change on one device shows up on the others within seconds.

Yes. The founders onboard every new venue directly and map your existing data across with you. Clients, services, deposits, staff columns, automations, and storefront come over as a working setup rather than a CSV homework assignment. Most venues migrate from Fresha, Timely, Kitomba, Square Appointments, Booksy, GlossGenius, Phorest, Vagaro, Mindbody, Zenoti, or Boulevard. Bring an export from your current platform and we will turn it into a live OpenChair venue. There is no migration fee.
