Additional bookable team members are A$20 / NZ$20 / £10, with a hard cap of A$199 / NZ$199 / £99 per venue. Owners, managers, front desk, and admin users are free when they are not bookable. Shared bookable staff are billed once across your account. Card processing is 1.8% + 30c. Zero booking commission. The Free plan is free forever, and every signup gets a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required.

Multi-site pricing
Pay for active venues and bookable staff, not every login.
Pro has a minimum per active venue. From there, only bookable team members count toward the subscription, and a shared team member is only billed once across your account.
Per active venue
Each Pro venue starts from A$34.95 / NZ$24.95 / £19.95 and includes the first bookable team member at that venue.
Bookable staff only
Additional bookable team members are A$20 / NZ$20 / £10 each. Owners, managers, front desk, and admin users are free when they are not bookable.
Shared staff billed once
If someone works across multiple venues, they are billed once and allocated to the venue where they do the most bookable work.
Example: a two-venue group with one owner login, two reception logins, and six bookable specialists pays for two active Pro venues and six bookable specialists. The owner and reception access users do not add subscription charges.

Fresha's public pricing as at 19 June 2026 said a one-time Marketplace fee can apply to qualifying brand-new Marketplace clients. OpenChair does not take a cut of bookings made through your OpenChair storefront.
Bookable team pricing, capped
Pro starts at A$34.95 per active venue, adds only bookable team members, and caps each venue at A$199/mo. Non-bookable access users are free.
