Who counts as a bookable team member?
Someone clients can make an appointment with. Owners, managers, reception and admin users don't add a bookable-member charge when they don't take appointments. The first bookable member is included in each active venue's base price.
What if I have more than one venue?
Every active venue has its own subscription minimum and cap. Add each venue and its bookable team to the calculator above. A person bookable across venues is billed once across the account. This estimate cannot identify shared people, so entering the same person at multiple venues can overestimate the final subscription. Talk to us about your full setup.

You get 14 days of Pro without a payment card. Your Pro access ends unless you actively subscribe. OpenChair will not start a paid subscription or charge a Pro subscription fee automatically. Limited Free access may remain under the current plan terms. Card-processing, payout and optional usage charges can apply if used during the trial. Account data follows the OpenChair Agreement and applicable retention terms.
How does annual billing work?
You pay upfront for 12 months at 10 times the monthly subscription price for your selected team. The calculator shows the full annual charge first, with its monthly equivalent underneath. Included usage still resets monthly.
Does the venue cap cover every charge?
No. It caps that venue's Pro subscription. Card-processing, payouts, optional hardware and paid usage sit outside the cap. The separate rates above change when you select another region.
How do Sparks and the Wallet work?
Pro includes 500 Sparks per billable bookable member each monthly billing period, pooled per venue up to 5,000. One Spark is one local cent or penny. Eligible tasks use different amounts. Included allowances are used first, then eligible paid usage draws from the prepaid Wallet. Wallet funds carry forward; included allowances expire at reset. Automatic top-ups only run if an owner enables them.
Can I cancel my subscription?
After you choose Pro, it renews monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel renewal in Plan & billing. Pro stays available until the end of the paid term; cancelling does not automatically refund unused time. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unchanged.

Colour formula recording is part of the Pro workflow. Physical scales are separate and need to be a supported model used with compatible native software. Check compatibility before buying; a recorded weight does not automatically deduct stock or create a client charge.
Which countries does OpenChair work in?
OpenChair is available to businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Pricing is shown in AUD, NZD or GBP for the region you select.
Which AI features are included with Pro?
Pro includes Cue, the built-in AI assistant and Smart Replies, plus 500 Sparks per bookable team member each monthly billing period, pooled at venue level up to 5,000. Other AI workflows include Booking Replies, Smart Nudges, Reconnect, Style Match and Intelligence where available. Eligible additional AI usage draws from the prepaid Wallet at the published Spark rate.
Does OpenChair charge a booking commission?
OpenChair charges no booking commission on appointments made through your OpenChair booking page. Card-processing fees still apply when a card payment is processed.
