Booking sources
Understand which labelled booking links brought appointments and inspect the bookings behind each total.

Release status: This feature is in development. This guide accompanies the implementation and does not confirm production availability.
Open Reports → Booking sources. Owners and managers with PRO access can manage links, inspect results and export matching bookings.
Create a booking link
Select Manage links, choose a source and enter a placement name, such as “Instagram bio” or “Website booking button”. You can also add an optional campaign label. Create the link, then copy it into that placement. On mobile, Share opens the device share sheet.
Test link checks the venue, placement and current capture availability without making a booking or adding report traffic. Renaming changes future booking labels. To change a source or campaign, create another link. Archiving stops new attribution while the published link continues opening the venue’s booking page.
Read the report
The date range selects when bookings were created, in the venue’s timezone. Appointment dates may fall outside that range. Expand a source to see its placement breakdown, or select View bookings to inspect the appointments behind a total. Source and placement totals are not added together.
- Bookings counts each successfully created online appointment once. Linked appointments count separately. Later cancellations and no-shows remain included.
- New clients counts distinct venue clients with no previous recorded completed appointment when the booking was created. Missing identity or unresolved completion history is Unknown. Source client counts may overlap, so they may not add up to the distinct overall total.
- Original booked value is the service amount after booking-time discounts. It includes bookings later cancelled and is not revenue received. Deposits are not added as extra booking value. Later appointment edits or payments do not rewrite the original amount.
Use the source, placement and client-type filters to narrow the results. Export uses the same filters and date bounds across all matching pages. To inspect an appointment, select View appointment; close the web booking sheet or return from native booking detail to continue in the report.
Understand source coverage
A source identifies the labelled link used, not proof that someone saw an ad. A copied Instagram link remains labelled Instagram even when someone shares it elsewhere.
Source capture requires analytics consent already present when the link is opened. The latest eligible placement has a fixed 30-minute window. Ordinary navigation does not extend it. Once a booking command is accepted, its source remains attached through payment recovery.
The coverage line shows how many eligible online bookings have a recorded source. Unknown includes missing, refused or expired context. Older bookings may have no measurement snapshot, value or client classification; the report does not reconstruct these from current prices or later client activity. About these results explains recorded tracking availability separately from current capture health.
If a refresh fails, previously loaded results are labelled as potentially out of date. A failed request is not a zero-booking result. On mobile, reconnect before refreshing, changing links or exporting. If a period exceeds 366 days or contains more than 10,000 bookings, select a shorter range.
