My week
Review your own weekly sales, targets and next appointments when your manager enables access.
Last updated 8 September 2026
Availability: in development, not released.
My week shows your own service and retail sales for a Monday–Sunday week in your venue's timezone. Your owner or manager sets your targets and chooses whether you can see this view.
Completed net sales exclude tax and tips and account for discounts and refunds. Later refunds can change an earlier week's results. Booked service value is an estimate and does not count towards completed sales.
Next appointment booked counts eligible completed visits whose client currently has a later active appointment at the same venue, with any stylist. Visits without a resolvable client identity are excluded. It does not measure who secured the booking or whether it was made at checkout.
No target set means no target was entered. A zero target is explicit. Neither produces percentage progress. Targets are read-only here; changes appear under Targets updated.
Owners and managers manage access through Staff visibility within Weekly targets. Switches remain pending until Save changes succeeds. Preview shows the personal view without granting access. If a save outcome is unknown, check the save outcome before trying a new write. New or reactivated staff start with access hidden.
The feature does not grant access to other staff's results, receipts, private profitability plans or additional calendar actions.
Owners and managers can use Review next appointments within Weekly targets to inspect the clients behind visits without a next booking. A client with multiple visits appears once, with the contributing dates listed. No next appointment does not necessarily mean the client is due or overdue. Latest recorded visits and existing cadence information provide context, including their source and calculation time.
Open client leads to the existing client record. Review existing reconnect opens an already prepared reconnect for review; opening it does not send anything. Refresh before acting on stale information. If bookings change between pages, the review restarts from the first page with updated counts. This manager workflow is also in development and does not change staff My week access.
