When are commissions calculated?

Commission is calculated when an appointment is marked as completed. If a deposit was taken and forfeited due to a no-show, the commission calculation depends on your configuration — you can set whether no-show forfeitures count toward commission or not.

Can staff dispute their commission calculations?
