The Free plan includes 1 team member. Pro is priced per seat with a hard monthly cap — in Australia, that's $34.95/month inc GST base plus $20 inc GST per additional seat, capped at $199/mo inc GST regardless of team size. A 10-person team pays the same as a 15-person team once you hit the cap.
Yes. Each staff member has a service assignment that determines what they can offer. A junior stylist might only be bookable for cuts and blow-dries, while a senior colourist appears for all services. Clients only see staff who are qualified for their chosen service.
