Can staff see each other's earnings?

No. Staff members only see their own earnings and bookings. Only Owner and Manager roles can view team-wide commission reports. You control exactly what each role can access through granular permission settings.

How many staff can I add on OpenChair?

The Free plan includes 1 team member. Pro is priced per seat with a hard monthly cap — in Australia, that's $34.95/month base plus $20 per additional seat, capped at $199/month regardless of team size. A 10-person team pays the same as a 15-person team once you hit the cap.

Can I restrict which services a staff member can be booked for?

Yes. Each staff member has a service assignment that determines what they can offer. A junior stylist might only be bookable for cuts and blow-dries, while a senior colourist appears for all services. Clients only see staff who are qualified for their chosen service.
