- active Pro subscription
- owner access to configure automation settings
- for SMS delivery in AU and GB, a dedicated number
New Zealand supports these automations by email only.
Birthday automation
Use the birthday automation to send a message before or on a customer's birthday.
Typical setup:
- Open Automations.
- Choose Birthday.
- Set the timing.
- Choose an available channel.
- Save and enable it.
Rebooking nudge
Use rebooking nudges to remind customers to come back after a set number of days.
Typical setup:
- Open Automations.
- Choose Rebooking.
- Set the timing based on your service cadence.
- Choose an available channel.
- Save and enable it.
