Style Match Dashboard
See how customers are using photo-based service matching, and catch the sessions the AI wasn't confident enough to handle on its own.
Where to find it — Web: Sidebar → Style Match. The entry is hidden until Style Match is enabled under Storefront → Style Match.
TL;DR
- Every photo-based matching session in the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, grouped by confidence
- Low and medium confidence sessions surface in "Needs attention" so you can follow up personally
- Photos are deleted after 7 days — older rows show a placeholder but keep the match data
- Available to every venue that has Style Match enabled
Overview
The Style Match Dashboard summarises every Concierge session where a customer uploaded an inspiration photo. For each window it shows:
- Uploads — total sessions in the window, plus how many completed
- Avg confidence — mean confidence score across all completed sessions, with the booking rate as subtext
- Consultations booked — sessions where the customer chose the consultation fallback
- Needs follow-up — sessions below 70% confidence that are worth a human glance
A confidence breakdown splits sessions into three bands — high (≥70%), medium (50–69%), and low (<50%) — so you can see at a glance how reliable the AI matches have been.
Needs attention table
Sessions under the 70% threshold show up here with:
- Photo — the inspiration image the customer uploaded (or a placeholder after 7 days)
- When — relative time since the session
- Top match — the service the AI suggested most strongly, if any
- Confidence — colour-coded: red below 50%, amber 50–69%
- Status — whether the customer accepted a suggestion, booked a consultation, or still needs a follow-up
- What they asked for — the text description captured during the session
Tip
A quick direct message confirming the service the customer was aiming for tends to land the booking — most low-confidence matches are the AI being cautious, not wrong.
Privacy
Style Match stores the inspiration photos your customers upload in a private, access-controlled bucket. Images are automatically deleted after 7 days as part of the Concierge privacy cycle. The match data — service, confidence, status — is retained beyond that window so trends remain visible.
