Style Match Dashboard
The Style Match Dashboard shows photo-based matching volume, confidence levels, and which sessions need a manual follow-up.
Last updated 17 April 2026
See how customers are using photo-based service matching, and catch the sessions the AI wasn't confident enough to handle on its own.
Where to find it. Web: Sidebar → Style Match. The entry is hidden until Style Match is enabled under Storefront → Style Match.
TL;DR
- Every photo-based matching session in the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, grouped by confidence
- Low and medium confidence sessions surface in "Needs attention" so you can follow up personally
- Photos are deleted after 7 days, older rows show a placeholder but keep the match data
- Available to every venue that has Style Match enabled
Overview
The Style Match Dashboard summarises every Style Match session where a customer uploaded an inspiration photo. For each window it shows:
- Uploads: total sessions in the window, plus how many completed
- Avg confidence: mean confidence score across all completed sessions, with the booking rate as subtext
- Consultations booked: sessions where the customer chose the consultation fallback
- Needs follow-up: sessions below 70% confidence that are worth a human glance
A confidence breakdown splits sessions into three bands, high (≥70%), medium (50 to 69%), and low (<50%), so you can see at a glance how reliable the AI matches have been.
Needs attention table
Sessions under the 70% threshold show up here with:
- Photo: the inspiration image the customer uploaded (or a placeholder after 7 days)
- When: relative time since the session
- Top match: the service the AI suggested most strongly, if any
- Confidence: colour-coded: red below 50%, amber 50 to 69%
- Status: whether the customer accepted a suggestion, booked a consultation, or still needs a follow-up
- What they asked for: the text description captured during the session
Tip
A quick direct message confirming the service the customer was aiming for tends to land the booking, most low-confidence matches are the AI being cautious, not wrong.
Privacy
Style Match stores the inspiration photos your customers upload in a private, access-controlled bucket. Images are automatically deleted after 7 days as part of the Style Match privacy cycle. The match data, service, confidence, status, is retained beyond that window so trends remain visible.

Common questions
- Where is the Style Match Dashboard?
- Sidebar → Style Match. The entry only appears when Style Match is enabled for your venue. Enable it from Storefront → Style Match.
- What does confidence mean?
- A 0 to 100% score the AI assigns when matching a customer's inspiration photo to your services. ≥70% means the AI is confident and auto-books. Below 70% is surfaced on this dashboard for a human follow-up.
- Why is a photo missing from the table?
- Customer photos are automatically deleted after 7 days for privacy. Older sessions in the date range will show a camera placeholder instead of a thumbnail.
- How do I follow up on a low-confidence match?
- Contact the customer directly using the details captured in their concierge session. A quick message confirming the service they had in mind usually lands the booking.
