Writing Campaign Messages With AI
Use OpenChair AI to generate campaign copy for email and SMS from the campaign composer.
Where to find it - Web: Sidebar -> Campaigns -> Create Campaign -> Write with AI or AI Draft.
Requirements
- an active Pro subscription
- enough Spark credits or wallet balance for AI usage
- for SMS campaigns, a dedicated number in Australia or the United Kingdom
Each AI generation costs 1 Spark.
How it works
- Open Campaigns and start a new email or SMS campaign.
- Click Write with AI for email or AI Draft for SMS.
- Enter the campaign goal or offer.
- Review the generated options.
- Apply the draft, edit it if needed, then send or schedule the campaign.
AI uses your audience and campaign context to produce more relevant copy, but you should still review it before sending.
